For just $22usd per month, (with no lock in contracts) you get access to our ‘On Demand’ Pilates classes, live classes with Beth, monthly support calls and our community of ladies all in it together looking after themselves.
2. Follow the Classes
You can choose the classes by filtering them to find the classes that will suit you best. Search for the intensity level, the props, the area of the body or the length of the class to optimise your time on the mat.

Why is it charged in USD?
We charge in usd because we have ladies joining from all over the world. Having just the one currency removes complexities from our systems and we handle the conversion for you at the checkout. (You can do a google search to find out how much it will be once converted to your currency.)
Are the workouts safe for me?
All the workouts are low impact and gentle in nature. Before you begin any new program it’s a good idea to consult your doctor to check if the course is a good fit for you.
How long are the workouts?
Most are between 10 and 30 minutes, depending on the class
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, there are no lock-in contracts, so if you change your mind it’s perfectly fine. You have access to your account and can cancel your subscription if you change your mind.
Do I have to be on Facebook to join?
No, the ‘Members Area’ is a special website which you’ll be logging into.
If you choose, you can join the My Pilates Time Facebook group to stay up to date with the live events like classes and support calls. You’ll love being part of the group and will be encouraged by the other ladies joining you.
